Step 1 โ€” Basic Information (The Hook) #

The first page of the form builds your Deal Card โ€” the preview investors see while browsing the marketplace. Make it count.

  • Company or Project Name: Your official entity name or working title.
  • Listing Title: A clear, professional headline (e.g., โ€œSaaS Platform for Creator Economy Monetizationโ€).
  • Listing Teaser: A highโ€‘signal, oneโ€‘sentence elevator pitch.
  • Logo or Image: Highโ€‘quality visuals significantly increase investor clickโ€‘through rates.
  • Industry & Location: Key filters investors use to identify deals within their mandate.

Step 2 โ€” Your Narrative (The Description) #

Your description should function as a teaser โ€” enough detail to spark interest, but concise enough to encourage investors to request your full deck.

  • The Problem: What customer pain point are you solving?
  • The Solution: How does your product uniquely address that pain?
  • Traction: Share meaningful proof points โ€” revenue, active users, growth metrics, partnerships, or milestones.

This page displays your full narrative and investment terms. It includes:

  • About the Author Section: Automatically added at the bottom, showing your avatar and a Connect button linking to your profile.
