A strong marketplace depends on fresh, accurate opportunities. Use these three rules to keep your listings visible and professional:

• The “Refresh” Rule: Search results often favor recently updated listings. If engagement slows, go to My Listings and click Edit Listing. Even a small adjustment to your title or description signals that the opportunity is current and worth revisiting.
• The “Filled” Rule: Out‑of‑date listings damage trust. As soon as you close a deal, hire someone, or find a partner, go to My Listings and select Delete Listing to remove it from active search results.
• The “Response Time” Rule: Your responsiveness matters. Users can see how active you are. Replying to “Request More Info” or “Contact” messages within 24–48 hours keeps your listing’s momentum high and prevents qualified leads from moving on.
